A place to begin

Transitional Housing in Moscow

A place to live while working toward a permanent home.

Our on-site transitional housing provides a structured living environment for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Participants work with a case manager to identify goals, address barriers, and prepare for permanent housing.

Support may include housing searches, connections to healthcare and recovery services, benefits assistance, employment resources, and practical skills such as budgeting and managing a household.

Space is limited. Staff can explain program expectations, current availability, and the waiting-list process.

Help staying housed

Homelessness Prevention

Help addressing a housing crisis before it results in homelessness.

Homelessness prevention combines financial assistance with case management for eligible households at risk of losing their housing.

Staff review the household’s circumstances and explore available options, which may include help with eligible rental arrears, communication with landlords, and connections to other resources.

Assistance depends on current funding and program requirements. If you are behind on rent or facing eviction, contact the Access Point to discuss your situation.

A move toward stability

Rapid Rehousing

Support moving from homelessness into rental housing.

Rapid rehousing helps eligible individuals and families experiencing homelessness obtain housing and work toward maintaining it.

Depending on program requirements and available funding, assistance may include help with a security deposit or rent, housing searches, landlord coordination, and move-in planning.

Case management supports participants in developing a housing stability plan, strengthening income and benefits, and addressing challenges that could affect their tenancy.
